My results this year....(2024)

I have been retired now for a few years and I am living on the results of my investments within my SSAS.  I am therefore really risk-averse since I can not afford to lose my capital.  I am using five of Jeremy Downing's Strategies almost exclusively on the majority of my funds and over the last year I have averaged just over 3% return per month.  This return has very little, if any, risk and really does take only 5 minutes a day or less per strategy.

Here are some results from our trading:-

We have been using the Leveraged ETF strategy since November 2023.

We have completed 6 trades in that time with an average return of 34% per trade.

We have been using the Short Term Stock Channel trade strategy in our ISA and SIPP's, in the UK. We have completed 57 trades since November 2023.

The average returns have been 1.65% per trade with the duration of the trades being on average 9 days.

We have been using the Alternative Income Strategy for income. Since November 2023, this strategy has given an average yield of 2% per trade. This gives an annual yield of 24% which is fantastic and very happy with.

The leveraged index investing has been an excellent strategy and we have been using this strategy since September 2023.

We have completed 6 trades using this strategy with an average gain of 29% per trade.

We use the index fund investing in our ISA's and SIPP's and over the last year the value of our portfolio in this strategy has risen by 18% in 6 months from December 2023 to June 2024.

We have been delighted that the rise of our SIPP investments. We have already recouped the 25% taken as our tax free allowance last year.

Jeremy's teaching methodology is clear and logical.  He provides videos and leads you through the strategies in a structured and easily understandable way.  Listening to the videos is great and each time we go over them we learn something new.  Jeremy builds on the videos in the weekly calls and continually updates, spreadsheets and indicators as necessary so you always feel you have the latest information. Watching the videos and attending the weekly calls requires time & commitment; this perseverance gives great results when you start live trading.

The goal setting at the start of the program gave us a clear focus for the next 12 months.  For us, the goal setting covered personal, business, financial areas.  Having devoted the time to learning, testing and going live with the strategies. We decided to close a business and the income generated from the strategies has more than made up for the loss of income from the business.  In addition, we are downsizing our property business as our results prove we can replace the property income with significantly less time and trouble.

We are very excited about our financial future as we now spend about 20 - 30 minutes a day, following the investment strategies we have learned, knowing that we can generate excellent regular income and capital growth.
